<br /> <br /> <br />ITEM NO: 3a <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />DB/TP/DPW <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />I tern Description: <br /> <br />Request by the City of Roseville and Ramsey County for a VARIANCE to <br />Section 1012.02 B & C (Required Yards and Open Space) of the <br />Roseville City Code (PF3629). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 The City of Roseville and Ramsey County are seeking a VARIANCE to Section 1012.02 <br />B & C (Required Yards and Open Space) of the Roseville City Code to allow to allow <br />construction of a uniform 8 foot tall fence (replacing existing fences) along the north side <br />of County Road C in conjunction with a proposed widening of County Road C <br /> <br />1.2 The proposed fence replaces existing fences in the rear yards of the properties located at <br />2650 Pascal Street, 1446, 1438, 1432, 1426, 1420, 1412, 1404 and 1398 Talisman Curve, <br />and 2655 Sheldon Street, which lie directly adjacent to County Road C. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />.
