<br /> <br />4 <br />Roseville an 8 fence the area <br />adjacent to County Road C for 2650 Pascal Street, 1446, 1438, 1432, 1426, 1420, 1412, 1404 <br />and 1398 Talisman Curve, and 2655 Sheldon Street, based on the findings in Section 5 and the <br />conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated March 23,2005, and subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The fence shall be of a "good neighbor" uniform design; one that looks the same <br />from the street and yard side. <br /> <br />2. The proposed fence shall be constructed of cedar and sealed to protect it from <br />graymg. <br /> <br />3. After construction, the fence will be owned and maintained by the individual <br />property owners. Fence posts will be placed on property corners to facilitate <br />individual property owner maintenance and repair. <br /> <br />4. Landscaping shall be installed in conjunction with the City of Roseville <br />Streetscape project as described in the County Road C Streetscape master plan. <br />Planting materials shall include vines and perennial plants along the street side of <br />the fence. <br /> <br />5. The variance shall expire within 16 months after the approval date (March 23, <br />2006) unless the applicant has been granted a building penuit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
