I have reviewed the information <br />you provided and have determined that the application is incomplete. Specifically, the site plan <br />submitted does not provide the level of detail necessary for staff to consider potential impacts to <br />setback requirements. In order for the Community Development Depmiment to determine the <br />impact of your proposed deck addition a scaled site plan indicating all property lines, all <br />structures, and their current/proposed distance from property line is necessary. <br /> <br />Although it may appear that the proposal you desire is a simple addition, your proposal requires <br />you to seek a variance from at least one required set back (shoreland), for which a specific <br />distance is necessary. This information cannot be obtained from any source except the site plan <br />you submit. To assist you with this site plan I have enclosed a recent site plan from another <br />project and a parcel "snapshot" from the City's web page. These items should be used for <br />information purposes. <br /> <br />Upon completion of this site plan, please remit it to my attention along with the required $150 <br />residential variance fee and I will review and if complete, forward your request to the <br />Commission's next available meeting <br /> <br />I apologize for not responding to you earlier. However, my work load provided me limited time <br />for project review until late last week.
