<br /> <br />hard surfaced areas <br />and surface areas; <br /> <br />(iii) the pedestrian lighting In the locations <br />Plan along the Waiting Area (the "Lighting"); <br /> <br /> <br />on the Site <br /> <br />(iv) necessary realignment and reconstruction ofthe driveways <br />and roads (and the traffic and landscaping islands therewith) in <br />Roseda1e to be used by the Busses (the "Bus Route") as shown on the <br />Site Plan, to accommodate the size and weight of the Busses, and <br />including necessary re-striping of parking stalls and relocation of lights; <br /> <br />(v) repair and resurfacing of the existing waiting area currently being used <br />for the busses as shown on the Site Plan, areas adjacent thereto affected by <br />such parking, and including re-striping, new landscaping, relocation of <br />lighting, and relocation of and signing for handicapped areas, and new and <br />relocated s 1 gnage necessary due to the change in location of the parking <br />area for the Busses, all so as to place such current parking area and <br />adjacent areas in a condition and state of repair at least equal to the <br />balance of the Rosedale parking areas as such balance has been or is to be <br />reconstructed or remodeled in connection with the 1990-1991 renovation <br />of Rosedale; <br /> <br />(vi) the bus shelter ("Park and Ride Bus Shelter") in the location <br />near the Park and Ride Area, as defined in Article IV hereof; <br /> <br />(vii) striping and/or signing the Park and Ride Area to clearly <br />define its location and boundaries; and <br /> <br />(viii) the signs shown in the plans and specifications to be <br />prepared pursuant to paragraph 1.2 hereof, which shall include a <br />lighted 'T' sign and a lighted "Rosedale Transit Hub" sign on the <br />Waiting Area Bus Shelter, and lighted signs on the Park and Ride Bus <br />Shelter similar to the lighted signs on the Waiting Area Bus Shelter. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
