Anticipated Council Action: May 23,2005 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />2.1 At their meeting of May 4,2005, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended (6-0) <br />approval of 2 VARIANCES to Section 1004 and approval of a CONDITIONLA USE <br />PERMIT for Russell Cattelan, 2824 Lakeview Avenue, subject to 7 conditions. The <br />Community Development Department concurs with this recommendation and conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 ADOPT 2 RESOLUTIONS granting VARIANCES to Section 1004 of the Roseville <br />City Code and ADOPT RESOLUTION granting a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />to Russell Cattelan, 2824 Lakeview Avenue, allowing the replacement and expansion of a <br />detached accessory stmcture on the premises, subject to conditions (Please see Section 7 <br />for detailed recommendations). <br /> <br />PF3638_RCA_052305- Page 1 of6 <br />
