Other Recommendations 588 <br /> 589 <br />Chair Grefenberg also recommended they carrying this item over to their meeting next month. 590 <br /> 591 <br /> 592 <br />Chair and Committee Reports 593 <br /> 594 <br />Chair Grefenberg congratulated Mr. Becker for being reappointed by the City Council to a 3-595 <br />year term. He noted he was had also reappointed to a 3-year term by the Council. 596 <br /> 597 <br />Grefenberg also called to the Commission’s attention that they had made some progress in that 2 598 <br />of their 54 recommendations were achieved. 599 <br /> 600 <br />Commissioner Ramundt stated noted that at the November meeting she had expressed concern 601 <br />about having access to the website for the purpose of suggesting revisions, and after the meeting 602 <br />Chair Grefenberg Staff Liaison Bowman had been great about getting her access for that 603 <br />purpose. She spent a lot of time looking at it and reviewing it the website and giving feedback, 604 <br />which had been incorporated. She thanked Chair Grefenberg for working with her. 605 <br /> 606 <br /> 607 <br />New Business 608 <br /> 609 <br />a. Living Smarter Fair, February 21st 610 <br /> 611 <br />Chair Grefenberg reported the Living Smarter Fair was an annual event sponsored by the 612 <br />Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Agency (HRA). Staff Liaison Bowman stated this was a 613 <br />home improvement event with a green element to it as well. 614 <br /> 615 <br />Chair Grefenberg stated indicated that Commissioner Ramundt had asked that this item be on the 616 <br />agenda, suggesting that they use the event to inform people on what they were about 617 <br />Commission activities. 618 <br /> 619 <br />Commissioner Ramundt stated she would like the Civic Engagement Module to be done so 620 <br />people could sign up; she thus thought this Community Engagement involvement was premature 621 <br />at this time and encouraged the Commission to look at this event again for next year. She stated 622 <br />she was withdrawing her suggestion for this year. 623 <br /> 624 <br />Commissioner Manke asked Ramundt to come up with a list of outreach events for the next 625 <br />meeting. 626 <br /> 627 <br /> 628 <br />b.
