<br />Document# 3921888 <br />Recorded 01/24/2006 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />5.4.1 102492C <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board oftbe City <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of June, 2005, at 6:00 <br /> <br />The tollowing members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Pust and Boerigter. <br /> <br />Variance Board Member Bakeman 4ttroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 2 FOOT FRONT SIDE AND A 4 FOOT FRONT <br />VARIANCE-TO SECTION 1012.02B2 (REQUIRED YARD & OPEN SPACE - SIDE <br />REAR YARD ONLY) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR]EAN AND NASIM <br />AYUB, 936 HIGHWAY 36 (PF3643) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jean and Nasirn Ayub, 936 Highway 36, have requested a V AlliANCE to <br />Section 1012.0282 (Required Yard & Open Space- Front Side ,md Front Yard Fence Height) <br />tllC Roseville City Code to allow the installation of a 6 foot fence along the front side Jot lines <br />and an g foot front yard privacy fence in the front yard adjacent to Highway 36; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jean and Nasim Ayub property is located at 936 Highway 36, and <br />described as: <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Hamm-HesH Addition, excluding the South 161 feet, <br />and subject to sewer casement <br />PID 11-29-23-34:'0007 . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 1012.02B2 requires fences in front and side yard fence height to be a <br />maximum of 4 feet in height; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jean and Nasim Ayub, 936 Highway 36 desire to install a fence along <br />northern property line 8 feet in height and along their front side yards to a height of 6 feet; <br /> <br />1 -~ <br />
