<br /> <br /> <br />the Board, to a <br />Fence Height VARIANCE to Section l012.02B2 of the Roseville City Code for Jean and Nasim <br />Ayub, 936 Highway 36 to allow the installation of a 6 foot fence along the front side lot lines and <br />an 8 foot front yard privacy fence along the north property line in the front yard adjacent to <br />Highway 36 at 936 Highway 36, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The fence must not exceeding a height of 8 feet measured from the existing grade <br />to top offence along the north side (front) of the property and 6 feet along the east <br />(front side lot line) and west (front side lot line) of the front yard.. <br />2. The fence must be of an earthen tone to match with vegetation and lawns in the <br />area. If there is a more finished side to the fence, that side must face the two <br />adjoining neighbors' lots. <br /> <br />3. The applicant must stake the side property lines from property corners throughout <br />the area along the side lot lines where the fence will be installed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Chair Bakeman and Members Pust and Boerigter <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
