<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />55113 <br /> <br /> <br />to Section 1012.02B2 Roseville <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. and <br /> <br /> <br />On Wednesday, June 1,2005, the Roseville Variance Board approved, by Resolution, <br />your request for a four foot front yard and a two foot fi'ont side yard Variance to Section <br />1 2.02B2 of Roseville City Code to allow the installation of up to an eight foot tall <br />privacy fence in your front (north) yard adjacent to Highway 36. <br /> <br />indicated in your copy of the attached Resolution approving your variance request, the <br />approval is contingent upon your compliance with the conditions as outlined in the <br />Resolution. The Resolution will also be filed, by the City, with Ramsey County on your <br />behalf. <br /> <br />After the appeal process (ten days) has expired on June 1 , you or your contractor may <br />apply for the building permit for installation of the fence.
