<br /> <br />was <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a <br /> <br /> <br />were <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2 FOOT SIDE <br />TO SECTION 1012.02B2 (REQUIRED YARD & <br />ONLY) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR <br />AYUB, 936 HIGHWAY (PF3643) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jean and Nasim Ayub, 936 Highway 36, have requested a to <br />Section 1012.02B2 (Required Yard & Open Space - Front Side and Front Yard Fence Height) <br />City Code to allow the installation of a 6 foot fence along the front side lines <br />and an 8 foot front yard privacy fence in the front yard adjacent to Highway 36; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jean and Nasim Ayub property is located at 936 Highway 36, and legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />2, Block 1 Hamm-Hesli Addition, excluding the South 161 feet, <br />and subject to sewer easement <br />PIn 11-29-23-34-0007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 1012.02B2 requires fences in front and side yard fence height to be a <br />maximum of 4 feet in height; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jean and Nasim Ayub, 936 Highway 36 desire to install a fence along their <br />northern property line 8 feet in height and along their front side yards to a height of 6 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner has concluded that "hardships" are present and support can <br />be' to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />Fence Height VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B2 of the Roseville City Code for Jean and Nasim <br />Ayub, 936 Highway 36 to allow the installation of a 6 foot fence along the front side lot lines <br />an 8 foot front yard privacy fence along the north property line in the front yard adjacent to <br />Highway 36 at 936 Highway 36, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The fence must not exceeding a height of 8 feet measured from the existing grade <br />to top offence along the north side (front) of the property and 6 feet along the east <br />(front side lot line) and west (front side lot line) ofthe front yard.. <br /> <br />1 <br />
