<br /> <br /> <br />Recorded 09/01/2005 1600 <br /> <br /> <br />Mill <br /> <br />2.2.1 664968 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board ofthe City of <br />Roseville, County of Ran1sey, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of July, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Pust, Doherty, and <br />Boerigter <br /> <br />Variance Board Member Boerigter introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 25 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.016 <br />(RESIDENTIAL DWELLING DIMENSIONS - CORNER SIDE YARD SETBACK) <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR WILLIAM DAHLKE, <br />1244 SAND HURST DRIVE (PF3646) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William Dahlke has requested a V ARlANCE to Section 1004 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow construction of a detached accessory structure in the required <br />corner side yard setback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1244 Sandhurst Drive and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 3, Dellwood Heights <br />PIN 10-29-23-43-0030 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Dwelling Dimension - Comer Side Yard <br />Setback) requires a structure on a COmer side yard adjacent a public street to be set back a <br />minimum of 30 feet from the property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal by Mr. Dahlke seeks to construct the detached accessory <br />structure 5 feet from the property line adjacent Merrill Street at the same distance as the existing <br />principal structure; and <br /> <br />
