The applicant locating the parcel's property pins and developing a scaled site <br />with dimensions for existing and proposed detached structure to be <br />submitted building permit <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The parcel being <br /> <br />to 3,054 square <br /> <br />of impervious coverage. <br /> <br />3. The detached accessory building being set back a minimum of 5 feet from the <br />comer side yard property line adjacent to Merrill Street (west). <br /> <br />4. The detached accessory structure being set back a mininmm of 10 feet from the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />5. No parking being allowed within the street side boulevard of the accessory <br />structure (Sect. 602.06) <br /> <br />6. Drainage being designed to sheet flow to the south rear yard area. <br /> <br />7. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (July 6, 2005) <br />unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Boerigter, <br />Pust & Bakeman <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
