The proposed project is a permitted conditional use as stipulated in <br />Section 1004.02 C of the R1, Single Family Residential District requirements and <br />is consistent with the Roseville Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />3.2 Conditions: Over the past four months, staff has reviewed a number of site plans <br />for the proposed clubhouse and site modifications. On February 22, 2000, and on <br />March 6, 2000, the city received completed plan sets. This set of development <br />plans is considered the Master Concept Plan.
