Because of the building materials used in construction of the new <br />clubhouse, buffering by berms and landscaping, and the distance from <br />Hills Road, the staff has concluded the noise generated from the clubhouse will <br />fall within the acceptable limits of the State. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />Lighting <br /> <br />2.24 The City Code requires the project to provide a site lighting plan (not available in <br />time for specific comment) meeting the requirements of Section 1010.12 of the <br />Roseville Zoning Ordinance. Specifically lighting shall include a downcast cutoff <br />type of lamp with a maximum of a half (Y2) of a foot-candle at the property line. <br />The code does not specifically regulate pole height.
