Attachment B EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City 2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 23rd of February, 32015, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. 4 5The following members were present: and the following were absent: . 6 7Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 8 RESOLUTION No 9 10 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND 11 PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 12 VICTORIA STREET BETWEEN LARPENTEUR AVENUE 13 AND COUNTY ROAD B 14 15 16WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted January 12, 2015, 17received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed 18improvement of Victoria Street between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road B, and; 19 20WHEREAS, a minimum of ten days mailed notice and two weeks’ published notice of 21the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on February 23, 2015, at which 22all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and; 23 24WHEREAS, the City Engineer provided an amendment to the feasibility report to 25incorporate the findings of the Benefit Appraisal that was completed for the project, 26 27NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 28ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: 29 301.The Feasibility Report shall be amended to include the findings of the Benefit 31Appraisal completed for this project. 322.Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the 33feasibility report. 343.Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution 35adopted February 23, 2015. 364.The City engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such 37improvement. 38
