6. <br />Pursuant to City Code §1103.07, the City Council will accept park dedication of cash in lieu <br />44 <br />of land in the amount of $136,486 or 7% of the Fair Market Value of the property. The park <br />45 <br />dedication shall be made by the applicant before the signed final plat is released for <br />46 <br />recording at Ramsey County. <br />47 <br />OAR <br />UTSIDEGENCYEVIEW <br />48 <br />The Ramsey County Surveyor is reviewing the final plat and the Ramsey County Engineer has <br />49 <br />denied the proposed Cleveland Avenue access.
