Agenda 10.b. <br />HRA staff meets with existing businesses to assist them in finding resources (such as loans and <br />· <br />environmental resources) to reinvest in their businesses (e.g., LifeHealth, Premier Foods, and <br />Mytech). <br />HRA staff collaborates with the St. Paul Area Chamber to identify key businesses with whom <br />· <br />HRA staff should visit and establish a relationship. <br />HRA staff coordinated and hosted the first annual Roseville Business Exchange in December <br />· <br />2014. This well-attended event was supported financially by the St. Paul Area Chamber and <br />the RVA. <br />VI. <br />Provide the necessary staff support and resources to work with partners to ensure goals and <br />objectives of the strategic plan are accomplished in a timely manner. <br />HRA staff leverages resources such as interns and volunteers to complete the work plan goals <br />· <br />of the HRA and Council. <br />HRA staff works with the HRA attorney to provide educational information for the Board. <br />· <br />HRA staff provides quarterly financial updates to the Board. <br />· <br />HRA staff collaborates with the Police, School District, non-profits, administration staff and <br />· <br />local and regional agencies to foster ideas and address issues in the community (e.g., Karen <br />Organization of Minnesota). <br />HRA staff continually works to develop partnerships with other organizations to benefit the <br />· <br />community. <br />
