<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Dennis & <br />Patricia Humphreys 45 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code to allow a <br />minor subdivision of property at 331 Burke Avenue into two parcels, based on the findings in <br />Section 5 and of the project report dated January 27,2003, and subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Approval of the Minor Subdivision creating two parcels for the large existing parcel at <br />331 Burke Avenue, with minimum requirements including: a parcel for the existing home <br />110 feet by 160 feet deep and a parcel for development of a home with a minimum width <br />adjacent to Burke Avenue of 40 feet. <br /> <br />2. The applicant providing the City with a survey of the new parcels with their legal <br />descriptions and illustrating the existing house and other site improvements. <br /> <br />3. A five-foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent to the west and north property <br />line ofthe parcel for the existing house (as required by the City Engineer). <br /> <br />4. Provision of the appropriate park dedication and sewer accessibility charge fees. <br /> <br />5. Submittal of a site, grading, driveway, and utility plan that will be reviewed and <br />approved by the Public works and Community Development Departments prior to <br />building permit issuance. <br /> <br />6. The applicant providing the City with the appropriate recording medium necessary for <br />City approval in order to properly record the subdivision document with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kysylyczyn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
