Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: March 24, 2015 Item No: 8 <br />Item Description: Sewer and Water Lateral Ownership <br />Background: <br />The Commission received a presentation and discussed the current policy of sewer and water <br />service laterals being the responsibility of the property owner as defined in city code at your <br />February meeting. Staff has been assembling follow up information requested by the <br />Commission. Staff will present the information at the meeting for additional discussion and <br />present a staff recommendation on this issue. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Receive follow up information and staff recommendation on sewer and water lateral ownership <br />and liability and provide comment to staff.
