<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of February, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10078 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 2003 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PMP) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City Public Works Director has <br />prepared plans and specifications for the following improvements and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval: <br /> <br />P-03-02 <br /> <br />Reconstruction <br />Neighborhood 61 <br />Neighborhood 68 <br /> <br />Victoria Service Dr, Sandhurst Ave to dead end <br />Pineview Ct, Dale Ct to cul-de-sac <br /> <br />P-03-04 <br /> <br />Mill & Overlay <br />Neighborhood 21/23 <br />Neighborhood 26/27 <br />Neighborhood 49 <br />Neighborhood 54 <br />Neighborhood 57 <br /> <br />W estern Ave, Co Rd C to S Owasso Blvd <br />Oakcrest Ave, Fairview Ave to Fry St <br />T.H. 36 Service Dr S, Co Rd B to Herschel Ave <br />Commerce St, Hamline Ave to Albert St <br />Belmont Lane, Dellwood Ave to Fernwood St <br />Burke Ave, Dellwood Ave to Fernwood St <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Pioneer Press, the official <br />newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 2003 Project shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of <br />cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager and <br />Public Works Director as follows: <br />
