<br />2 <br />Projects P-03-02 and P-03-04 March 25, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. <br /> <br />at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and <br />subsequently be considered by the Council; and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable <br />to the City of Roseville for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kysylyczyn and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Klausing, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn; the following voted against the same: none; and the following abstained from voting: <br />Schroeder <br />
