Inspection report Errors
❑ All buildings' exterior lights were and now operable, replaced lamps
when needed
❑ 175 dumpster enclosures was and still in good shape, we showed to
inspector on 04/02/2015 to show us what's wrong with it and he stated,
its perfect, may be he got mixed up with building numbers.
❑ All entry door locks were working during the inspection. It's a
challenge to maintain locks in good condition but we did our best and
are 100 % sure that all locks were in good condition during the
inspection. We did discuss our concern about locks with inspector and
were surprised to see that they listed under violation.
❑ Painted outlets and flexible drain connector violation are mentioned 2-
3 times in all inspection building inspection. We do understand the
necessity of correcting the flexible drain connector and painted outlets
however,we do not agree with the idea of mentioning it 3 times
❑ If we correct the errors in 175 building inspection report we
have only 8 violations
1. Violation# 1, 15, 16 are same—mentioned 3 times?
2. Violation #2 not correct, door lock was working
3. violation#6 was fixed right away
4.
