<br />6.1 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Gerald Voermans a 503 square foot (5%) VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A6 of the <br />Roseville City Code allowing the construction a living area addition to the north side <br />(rear) of the existing home and associated site improvements (sidewalk, patio, stoops) at <br />1251 Roma Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The proposed improvements not exceed 3,743 square feet or 35% of the parcel <br />SIze. <br /> <br />b. The additions must match or be similar to that of the existing building in color <br />and/or materials. <br /> <br />c. Gutters and downspouts being placed along the eve of the additionlhome where <br />appropriate to properly direct roof drainage onto the subject parcel and away from <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />d. No additional accessory buildings, a garden shed, or garage addition being <br />allowed without an approved variance. <br /> <br />e. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
