Attachment A <br />6. Pensioner means a former member determined by the Board of <br />Trustees to be entitled to a service pension pursuant to the terms of <br />these Bylaws and State law. <br />7. Separating Member means a member of the Association who <br />terminates active service or active membership after ten (10) years <br />but less than twenty (20) years of active service and active <br />membership and who has attained the age of fifty (50) years. <br />8. Vested means an irrevocable right to receive some or all of a benefit <br />at Maturity. <br />9. Minor child or Minor children means a child or children under the <br />age of 18, living with and dependent upon the deceased member for <br />support while the deceased member was a member of the <br />Association, or who was born within nine (9) months after the death of <br />the member. <br />10. Surviving Spouse means a person who was the dependent spouse <br />of a deceased member or retired former member living with the <br />member at the time of the death of the active member or retired <br />former member for at least one year prior to the latter of the date of <br />death of the member or the date on which the member terminated <br />active service and membership. <br />11. Year of Service means an aggregate of 24-hour days which <br />need not be consecutive, totaling 365 (or 366 in a Leap Year). <br />12. Annual Authorization Schedule means the document <br />approved at the annual meeting of the trustees regarding the <br />associations' attorney, auditor, financial institutions, benefits <br />etc. <br />25 <br />
