Approve General Purchases and Sale of Surplus Items in Excess of$5,000 <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manage Trudgeon clarified that this contracted <br /> amount was only a portion of the total stormwater budget shown on Attachment <br /> A. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of general purchases and contracts <br /> for services, and where applicable, trade-in/sale of surplus equipment as noted in <br /> the RCA and Attachment A entitled, "2015 Capital Improvement Plan Summary," <br /> updated April 30, 2015. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> d. Approve St. Christopher Property Assessment Request <br /> Mayor Roe noted a typographical error on the draft resolution in the first <br /> "WHEREAS," correctly identifying the PACE program. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. (Attachment A) <br /> entitled, "Resolution of the City of Roseville adopting the Assessments, Levying <br /> the Assessments and Adopting the Assessment Roll for Property Assessed Clean <br /> Energy (PACE) Charges for St. Christopher's Church, located at 2300 Hamline <br /> Avenue;"as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Request by the Community Development Department to Hire Sambatek as <br /> the Consultant to Draft Amendments to the Existing Tree Preservation and <br /> Replacement Regulations and New Planned Unit Development Regulations <br /> Councilmember McGehee thanked staff for taking action to address these issues <br /> through use of a consultant as applicable. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approving Sambatek as the consultant to <br /> complete the Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Tree Preservation Zoning <br /> Code processes; to enter into contracts for each service; with the contract for PUD <br /> services not to exceed $9,401.00 and the contract for tree preservation services <br /> not to exceed $7,905.00, unless the scope of services changes after the Consult- <br /> ants meet with the City Council on June 22, 2015; and authorize execution of the <br /> necessary documents by the Mayor and City Manger. <br /> Roll Call <br />
