<br />Community Development Department to verify the lot's impervious coverage. <br /> <br />2. The parcel being limited to 3,528 square feet of impervious coverage, which <br />could require a reduction in the size of the proposed addition to the house. <br /> <br />3. The detached accessory structure being setback a minimum of 7 feet from the <br />north (side yard) property line and 25 feet from the Irene Street (east -comer <br />street) property line. <br /> <br />4. The existing garage and driveway being removed within one year of the approval <br />date of the variance and the drainage being redesigned to reduce ponding in the <br />yard, creating rain garden infiltration, and sheet flow to the south yard area as <br />illustrated in the applicant's landscape plan dated 04/04/03. <br /> <br />5. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. The new building to match the existing building in color and/or <br />materials. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
