<br />14. Violations ofthe terms of this Interim Use Permit shall be considered grounds for <br />revocation of the Interim Use Permit at anyone time or grounds for denial of a <br />permit extension to a further five year period. An interim use permit may be <br />revoked upon a determination by the City Council that the holder of such permit <br />has failed to comply with any of the conditions thereof or has violated any <br />applicable provision of the City Code. Prior to Council action, the Planning <br />Commission shall conduct a public hearing on the revocation and notice thereof <br />shall be given in the same manner as prescribed in Section 108 and 1012. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />5 <br />
