<br />1. The applicant locating the lot's property pins (or provide a survey) and based on <br />that, developing a scaled site plan with dimensions for structures and driveway, <br />thus allowing the Community Development Department to verify proper <br />placement of the accessory building. . <br /> <br />2. The accessory building being setback a minimum of 12 feet from the front (road <br />side) property line (South); a minimum of 5 feet from the side yard property line <br />(east); and a minimum of 6 feet from the existing principal structure. <br /> <br />3. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. The new building to match the existing building in color and/or <br />materials. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Schroeder, <br />Kysylyczyn, Maschka, and Klausing. <br />and the following voted against:None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
