<br />1. The property being limited to a maximum impervious coverage of 3,581 square <br />feet or 33.5%. <br /> <br />2. The detached accessory building being limited to the storage of residential (not <br />commercial) equipment, material, seasonally used recreational vehicle or a <br />seasonally driven vehicle or collectable. <br /> <br />3. The detached accessory building (storage building) being limited to a maximum <br />size of20 feet by 24 feet or 480 sq. ft <br /> <br />4. The removal of the concrete slab on the east side of the garage (estimated at 132 <br />square feet) to reduce the parcel's overall impervious coverage and improve <br />drainage to the east. <br /> <br />5. Boat and equipment storage being contained within the rear yard accessory <br />building or existing attached garage and not in the rear yard or driveway. <br /> <br />6. Submittal of a scaled site plan indicating existing and proposed conditions <br />consistent with the above variance conditions. <br /> <br />7. A window being placed on the east and west building wall to break-up the <br />building wall. <br /> <br />8. Gutters installed along the eves of the detached accessory building and directed to <br />the parcel's interior yard to reduce impacts to the adjacent residential properties <br />(north and east). <br /> <br />9. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the· <br />approved plans and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Maschka, Klausing, Kough, and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
