<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 21st day of July, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn and the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10119 <br />RESOLUTION DEDICATING CIVIC CENTER <br />DRIVE AS A PUBLIC ROADWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is the owner of property west of Lexington Avenue, north <br />of County Road C, and south of W oodhill Drive; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council passed Resolution 6208 on January 27th, 1975, <br />which dedicated Civic Center Drive as a Public Roadway <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, as a part of the 2003 City Hall and Public Works Building project, Civic <br />Center Drive is being realigned, the old alignment of Civic Center Drive is no longer going to <br />be used as a "public roadway", what follows is the old alignment description: <br /> <br />A 60 FOOT PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR ROADS AND UTILITIES, THE <br />CENTERLINE OF SAID PERPETUAL EASEMENT BEING DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Commencing at the northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township <br />29, Range 23; thence south 137.65 feet along the east section of said Section 10 to a <br />point, said point being the centerline of County Road C; thence west along said <br />centerline 725 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of the 60- foot perpetual <br />easement; thence north perpendicular to the centerline of said County Road 289.83 <br />feet to a point, said point also being the beginning of tangent curve concave to the <br />southeast having a central angle of 86 degrees, 50 minutes, 00 seconds, and a radius of <br />100.0 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along the arc of said curve 151.56 feet to a <br />point; thence Easterly along a line tangent to said curve 288.08 feet to a point, said <br />point also being the beginning of tangent curve concave to the northwest having a <br />central angle of 90 degrees, 00 minutes 00 seconds and a radius of 75.0 feet; thence <br />Easterly and Northerly along the arc of said curve 117.81 feet to a point; thence <br />Northerly 391.89 feet to a point on the centerline ofWoodhill Drive, said point being <br />244.55 feet west of the east section line of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, subject <br />to roads and easements and there terminating. <br />
