2 AND WHEREAS, the new alignment of Civic Center Drive changes our MSA mileage needs for this street segment from 0.235 to 0.164 miles; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that the conditions of Resolution No. 6208 designating the old Civic Center Drive alignment as a Public Roadway are being supersceded by this resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that the new alignment of Civic Center Drive be hereby formally dedicated as a public roadway, sixty feet in width along the following centerline description: A 60 FOOT PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR ROADS AND UTILITIES, THE CENTERLINE OF SAID PERPETUAL EASEMENT BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the Northeast comer of SectionlO, Township 29 North, Range 23 West; Thence South on the East Section line of said Section 10 a distance of 93.09; thence at a bearing otN90d 00' OO"W a distance of722.27 feet to a point of beginning; thence at a bearing otN2d 12' 54"E a distance of 301.90 feet; thence on a curve to the right central angle of22d 42' 31", radius of 124.50 feet for an arc length of 49.34 feet; thence N22d 55' 26"Ea distance of 45.76 feet; thence on a curve to the left central angle of 33d 00'00", radius of 168.80 feet for an arc length of 97.22 feet; thence N8d 04' 34"W a distance of 50.80 feet; thence on a curve to the right central 8d 10' 39", radius of349.73 feet for an arc length of 49.92 feet; thence NOd 06' 05"E a distance of 269.47 feet, more or less to the centerline of Woodhill Drive and there terminating, subject to Woodhill Drive and County Road C. The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against: none. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
