<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant James <br />and Marian Korf a 575 square foot VARIANCE to Section l004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface <br />Area) of the Roseville City Code allowing the construction a front and side covered porch on to <br />their home at 1047Burke Street, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The parcel being limited to an impervious coverage maximum of 3,577 square <br />feet or 35%. <br /> <br />2. The porch addition being limited to the size indicated on the submitted plans, <br />including being limited to a 7 foot 6 inch extension on the front (south) of the <br />home and a 5 foot 4 inch extension one the side (west) on the home. <br /> <br />3. Gutters and downspouts must be installed along the eves of the porch to direct <br />runoff into the front and side yard of the parcel. <br /> <br />4. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variances. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
