<br />1. The sign must be no larger than 48 square feet in size and of a V -shaped design <br />with 2 - 4 foot by 6 foot sign panels. <br /> <br />2. The sign must be installed a minimum of 1 foot from the property line adjacent to <br />Snelling A venue in the northeast portion of the parcel. <br /> <br />3. The review and approval of a sign permit must be consistent with the approved <br />plans and variances. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
