RCA Exhibit B <br />53 <br />5�; <br />55 <br />5E <br />57 <br />58 <br />59 <br />6C <br />6 �i <br />6: <br />63 <br />6�` <br />65 <br />66 <br />67 <br />6� <br />6�s <br />7Q <br />71 <br />7:' <br />73 <br />part of their move-housing future initiative, with a starting sales point of approximately <br />$350,000. <br />Mr. Bilotta confirmed that the initial marketing targets were within that range. <br />In addressing the fence or screening, Mr. Lloyd displayed a plan, as included with the <br />application for Preliminary Plat, showing the intent to provide some screening as the <br />project moved forward. <br />At the request of Member Stellmach, Mr. Lloyd confirmed that there was an existing <br />sidewalk running north from the subject parcel, with applicable curb-cut. <br />Applicant Representatives from GMHC <br />Bill Buelow, Construction Manager Bill Buelow and Project Manager Eden Spencer were <br />both present representing GMHC. <br />Mr. Buelow clarified that, since the beginning, the site plan had always shown a 6' fence, <br />and it remained the intention to follow-through on that based on the results of community <br />input to-date. <br />As an attendee, Member Murphy opined that the open house had been well-conducted <br />by the developer and asked Mr. Buelow how he would summarize the audience input. <br />Mr. Buelow opined it was very positive, especially since revising the plan with everyone <br />appearing to like this one better than the original; with neighbors only having a few minor <br />questions, and overall supportive of this revised plan. <br />Member Murphy concurred with that synopsis. <br />Chair Boguszewski closed the public hearing at 8:22 p.m.; no one spoke for or against. <br />7�'� MOTION <br />7��: Member Murphy moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to recommend to the <br />7F: City Council approval of the proposed PRELIMINARY PLAT by Greater <br />7,� Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) for properties addressed as 2325 and <br />73 2335 Dale Street, and 657, 661, 667, and 675 Cope Street; based on the comments <br />7�� and findings contained the project report dated July 1, 2015. <br />8C <br />8^ <br />82. <br />$;5 <br />8� <br />85 <br />86 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstentions: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Boguszewski noted that this item is tentatively scheduled for consideration and <br />action by the City Council at their July 20, 2015 meeting. <br />
