I'urpose: The pLupose of this Order is to establish paraineteis far the provisioning of general application and system suppoi-t by the Provider to the Recipient, and to define the terms and conditions under which the Provider will execLrte these services. An Aclive Directory (AD) domain is a collection of objects within a Microsoft Active Directoiy. networlc. Distributed AD domain conholler serveis autllenticate and authoi-ize all �ember usei-s and computers in the Meho-INET AD domain—assig�g a11d enforculg secLu�ity policies for all computers and installing or Lipdatuig software. I�ltegrated MIS Services and Suppoi-t generally consist of the daily operation and management of computer illfoi-�nation systems. Task Description. This is a generalized tasl< order that seeks to pi•ovide the basis of covered services. I�7 general, this task order extends comnlon daily computer support taslcs to the Recipient and while it is difficult to fiilly describe in detail all sei•vices that will be provided iinder tlus tasl< order, the Provider will mal<e eveiy attempt to accommodate the Recipient's technology sLipport needs within reason. 4. Delive� Pfl-ice l�otes/Remedy: I�litial service cost is calculated as a share of lalown and projected costs associated witli the deliveiy of the Services. The cost is shared ai�ongst mliltiple m�uiicipal agencies that litilize the similas• and lilce services. Charges will be adjusted amivally based on a review of actual operating and laboi- costs associated with the deliveiy of the Services. 5. �illing Type: Approved capital recovery costs billed at tiine of purchase as a non-reocctu7-ing charge (NRC). Support services billed monthly at 1/12 the annual reoccurring charge (ARC). �� 6. Scope off VVork: a. Pi-ovider i. Pi-ovider will support and inaintain the i�ldividual deslctop and notebool< computers, network access devices and �servers ("Covered Units") of the Recipient inchiding new system sehip, patch management and software installation. ii. Provider will grant access over the Provider's I��ternet and other networlc comiections to allow connectivity between the Recipient's facility aiid the Provider's facilities for the purpose of accessing shared data systems.
