iii. Provider will maintain the necessary network client access liceuses for tl�e Recipient's Covered Uiuts. iv. Provider will maintaiii the necessary anti-virLis licenses for the Recipient's Covered Units. v. Provider will worlc with Recipient on configtu•ing access between the Recipient's Covered Units and the Recipient's intei-�Zal networlc servers a11d applications. b. Recipient i. Recipient will agree to participate in a common Micirosoft Active Directoiy (AD) doinain and assign all Covered Units to tl�e doinain. ii. Recipient will adopt and abide by common iiser, coinputer and other seciu•ity policies established by the Provider to insure the protection of others wifllin the shared network. iii. Recipient will be responsible for purchasing any other• software and application licenses required for the Recipient's individual compliters. To rnai�ltain compatibility standards with other systems on the Provider's shared network, all software applications must be approved and iustalled by ihe Provider. iv. Recipient is responsible for providing a suitable �iltei-net connection froin an approved I�lternet Service Provider to establish a vii�tilal private networlc (VPN) connection to the Provider's shared networic. Support Scope Changes: It is expected that the Covered Units supported will fluctliate that might cause an adjustment of the support fee. The following events will trigger an automatic r•eview of the stiippoi�t budget amount: a. blcrease in the suppol�ted user accounts of 10% or more diiring the term of the agreement b. Decrease in the suppol�ted user accouuts of 20% or more that is not related to seasonal or teinporaiy staff fluctuations c. Addition of networlc connected facilities d. Additional network access devices including switches, routers, wireless access points e. Additional servers or workstations 8. Assumptions and Constraints: a. Ownership of Equipment and Licenses i. Provider will retain ownership of shared servers (physical or virtual), selver licensing aud shared application licenses that were purchased by the Provider. ii. Provider will retain ownership of end-user client licenses associated with delivering the services described in the taslc order iii. Recipient will retain ownership of any physical equipinent purchased by the Recipient for their exclusive use. iv.
