There are no known wetlands, steep slopes, or <br />�� other significant natural resources on this site. <br />� City Actions: On May 6, 2015, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval <br />� of the amended CIC plat and on June 8, 2015, the City Council unanimously approved the same. <br />6 PROPOSAL <br />�r Cities Edge Architects in cooperation with the owner of the Holiday Inn Express proposes to <br />� correct/modify Rosedale Corporate Plaza Condominium (condominium no. 266) a Common <br />� Interest Community (CIC) Plat. The Holiday Inn Express, as a condominium property, is a <br />� o distinct real property interest, therefore, modifications to the property lines require re-platting, <br />� � just like any other property subdivision application. <br />�2 Since the "preliminary plat" approval of June 8, 2015, the applicant has been working with the <br />� 3 ownership group on receiving access to the site to conduct soil borings and complete the <br />�� necessary survey. The applicant has also been working towards ownership's approval of the <br />� � modification and addition to the building. As of the date of this report, ownership has provided <br />� 6 verbal approval of most all necessary items (they are still working on final landscaping plan) and <br />� � have begun the process of signing proper documents to support the proposed changes.
