The Planning Commission shall be the City planning agency and <br />153 shall have the powers and duties given such agencies generally by Minnesota Statutes, sections <br />154 462.351 through 462.364, as amended, and as conferred upon it by this Chapter. One of the seven members appointed by the <br />159 City Council may be a member of the City CounciL (Ord. 194, 4-19-1955; 1995 Code) <br />160 202.02: MEETINGS; AND REPORTS: <br />161 The Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each month. (Ord. 194, 4-19-1955; 1995 Code) <br />164 202.03: PREPARATION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: <br />165 It shall be the function and duty of the Planning Commission to prepare and recommend a <br />166 Comprehensive City Plan far the development of the City, including proposed public buildings, <br />167 street arrangements, public utility services, parks, playgrounds and other similar developments, <br />168 the use of property, the density of population and other matters relating to the development of the <br />169 City. Such Plan may be prepared in sections, each of which shall relate to a major subject of the <br />170 plan, as outlined in the Commission's program of work. (Ord. 194, 4-19-1955; 1995 Code) <br />
