One proposal, including both alternates of the project, of $827,875.00 was received. The engineer's <br />estimate with both alternates is $1,029,325.59. Below is a suinmary of the proposals with alternates received. <br />Contractor Total Proposal <br />1 Magney Construction, Inc $827,875.00 <br />Engineer's Estimate $1,029,325.59 <br />The low proposal was submitted by Magney Construction, Inc. This proposal is $201,450.59 less than the <br />engineer's esrimate. <br />Proposal evaluation followed Best Value procedures. Magney Construction, Inc. received an average score of <br />91.
