EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota,was held on the 6th day of July 2015 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe <br /> and None were absent. <br /> Council Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11233 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br /> CLEVELAND CLUB <br /> (PF15-002) <br /> WHEREAS, JAVA Capital Partners 2700 Cleveland Ave L.L.C. has applied for approval <br /> of the proposed plat on property addresses at 2700 Cleveland Avenue, which parcels are legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 1 and Lot 2,Block 1,Cleveland Club <br /> And WHEREAS,the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br /> the proposed preliminary plat on January 7, 2015, and after said public hearing the Roseville <br /> Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed preliminary plat based on <br /> the comments and findings of the pertinent staff report and the input from the public; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on January 26, 2015 <br /> received the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted to approve the preliminary plat; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the final plat materials have been prepared and submitted which are <br /> consistent with the approved preliminary plat and reflect applicable conditions of preliminary <br /> plat approval; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the final plat of the subject property creating Cleveland Club is hereby approved. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council that Cleveland Club <br /> shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The developer/applicant is responsible for construction of a pathway(sidewalk)along the <br /> east side of Cleveland Avenue from the northern property to the walkway along Twin Lakes <br /> Parkway as approved by the City Engineer; <br /> 2. The proposed access at Twin Lakes Parkway, if approved by the City Engineer may disrupt <br /> an in-place storm water best management practice device installed as part of the Twin Lakes <br /> Parkway Phase I project. Any mitigation that is necessary due to such disruption as well as <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
