<br />the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br /> <br />1. The extended fence be a maximum of 828 feet in length and 9 feet in height to <br />exclude deer and protect landscaping as illustrated in site plans. <br /> <br />2. The review and approval of a building permit be consistent with the approved <br />plans and variance. <br /> <br />3. The Fencing material used for the proposed fen¢ing must be installed within the <br />property owner's parcel in accordance to Section lOl2.02C1 (Location). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
