Mayor Roe advised that City Man- <br /> ager Trudgeon had volunteered to be the City Hall contact for any questions, comments, <br /> or for those needing additional information; and can be contacted at 651/692-7021. <br /> Mayor Roe reported that he and City Manager Trudgeon had represented the City of Ro- <br /> seville at a presentation in Duluth, MN recognizing the City's receipt of Step Two status <br /> in the GreenStep Cities Program. Mayor Roe expressed pride in the efforts in achieving <br /> that status, and thanked the public and staff for making the City more environmentally <br /> sustainable. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte thanked various commissions, staff, and reserve officers for <br /> their participation and attendance at the recent Party in the Park and July 4th celebrations. <br /> Mayor Roe concurred; and acknowledged all the efforts that had gone into this year's an- <br /> nual Rosefest community festival. <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council <br /> prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft present- <br /> ed in the Council packet. <br /> a. Approve June 22, 2015 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> Laliberte moved, Willmus seconded, approval of June 22, 2015 Meeting Minutes <br /> as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • Page 22, Line 32 through Page 23, Line 6 (Laliberte) <br /> Strike lines 32 (page 22) through line 6 (page 23) in their entirety, and replace <br /> as follows: " <br /> "Councilmember Laliberte spoke at some length about the five priorities and <br /> initiatives, targets and measures. In the end, she recommended that civic en- <br /> gagement, organizational effectiveness, and effective governance be eliminat- <br /> ed from the document because that work is already being done by departments <br /> and commissions and our City Manager. She recommended that the Housing <br /> and Redevelopment priorities and Infrastructure Sustainability priorities re- <br /> main,but more work be done on the initiatives and targets/measures." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 8.
