<br />1. The attached garage being limited to a size of 12 feet, 4 inches wide by 24 feet <br />deep and 296 sq. ft. <br /> <br />2. The third attached stall being off-set 6 feet south from the front (north) line of the <br />existing attached garage (per plan). <br /> <br />3. The structure not exceeding an encroachment of 10 feet into the required 30 foot <br />setback nor encroaching closer than 20 feet to the property line adjacent to <br />W estern Avenue. <br /> <br />4. The parcel being limited to an impervious coverage of3,837 sq. ft (parcel's <br />impervious coverage estimated at 3,400 sq. ft. with garage addition). <br /> <br />5. Gutters installed along the west eve of the garage to direct roof drainage to the <br />front (north), side (west) or rear (south) yard area. <br /> <br />6. Building materials being similar and compatible with those on the existing <br />principal structure and garage. <br /> <br />7. The parcel being limited to a total of980 sq. ft. of accessory building space, <br />which includes the existing 576 sq. ft. attached garage, the 296 sq. ft. garage <br />addition, and the 108 sq. ft. garden shed. <br /> <br />8. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variance. <br /> <br />9. A property survey including property lines, existing features and the proposal <br />may be required by the Building Official prior to the issuance of a building permit <br />if adequate measurements cannot be found to establish the limits of the 10 foot <br />encroachment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ih1an, <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
