536 Regarding the role of the PWETC in equipment replacement, Councilmember Etten <br />537 suggested that staff may already have a cycle in place based on industry standards, but <br />538 agreed that the PWETC may wish to review that schedule of replacement while recognizing <br />539 staff's rationale in the cycle for replacement. However, Councilmember Etten suggested <br />540 the PWETC's recommendations in addressing the PMP schedule, andPCI cost issues long- <br />541 term would be beneficial to the City Council. <br />542 <br />543 Draft Neighborhood Organized Trash Collection Guide <br />544 Mayor Roe noted he had seen the original draft in the PWETC meeting packet, and noted <br />545 the revisions and improvements made to it, which he found to be on the right track. Mayor <br />546 Roe sought input from his colleagues as to their preference for the next step: whether to <br />547 seek public feedback at this time or bring it forward for action. <br />548 <br />549 Councilmember Laliberte stated her understanding was that this version was made <br />550 available by the PWETC for discussion tonight; and noted there had no public comment <br />551 up to this point. If the item was placed on a future City Council agenda item for potential <br />552 action, Councilmember Laliberte opined that it would provide for public comment at that <br />553 point.
