This letter and the previous attempts to discuss <br />this have caused considerable delay in resolving our request. <br />Our property ROSEVILLE SENIOR HOUSE is a Section 8 authorized HUD apartment . <br />This requires a number of inspections each year. Our tenants frankly object to the number <br />of intrusions. (See attached E-Mail dated Apri128,2014) . Your program only expands on <br />this objection. <br />We support your idea of property inspections, but we are already exposed to many very <br />ridged inspections and our tenants object to "too many invasions of their privacy'. As the <br />Management Company, we are trying to satisfy the City and our tenants. <br />The property was inspected in May of 2014 and is scheduled for a REAC inspection <br />sometime in last quarter (always a surprise) .
