Larpenteur Avenue <br />Dave, confirming our phone conversation regarding an exemption for subject. <br />Roseville Seniors is a Section 8 subsidized apartment building authorized by HUD. <br />This requires Yearly inspections by Minnesota Housing Finance Agency of: <br />1 C-15% of all apartment� <br />All common areas <br />All mechanical areas <br />All grounds <br />All concrete sidewalks and asphalt parking lots. <br />Every 3 years inspections by REAC an outside firm hired by HUD <br />Repeat of all areas above but 25 % of apartments <br />Roof <br />Yearly inspections by STATE <br />Elevators <br />Boilers ( gas water heaters ) <br />Yearly inspections by CITY <br />Fire protection ( extinguishers, smoke detectors ) <br />While we support the idea of the program, our tenants object to the many invasions of their lives from so many <br />inspections. <br />The basic thrust of your program to make rental properties up to code and. safe.
