The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> proposers the deposits made with their proposals except the deposits of the successful <br /> proposer and the next best valued proposer shall be retained until contracts have been <br /> signed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, <br /> Willmus, Etten; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
