Attachment A <br />and, creating a shared understanding of the path forward—or the work plan that the <br />economic development effort is going to follow. <br />The goal is not to develop a specific redevelopment plan for any specific place. <br />Budget: SGA estimates the costs for this project to be approximately $35,000: <br />SGA through its Knight Foundation funding will provide $20,000. <br />East Metro Strong and the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce will secure $15,000. <br />ARC via the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce will contribute in-kind labor. <br />Any cost increases will be the responsibility of SGA. <br />Possible additional Work: We have discussed deploying other tools such as fiscal and <br />economic analyses. These fall outside the scope of this work. They can be discussed at the <br />conclusion of the workshops to determine at that point if additional work is helpful and <br />appropriate. <br />
