PF15-010_RPCA_090215 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION 133 <br />By motion, recommend approval of the proposed preliminary plat of the property at 2201 134 <br />Acorn Road, based on the comments and findings of this report, and subject to the following 135 <br />conditions: 136 <br />a. The Public Works Department shall approve easements, grading and drainage, storm 137 <br />water management, and utility requirements as necessary to meet the applicable standards 138 <br />prior to the approval of the final plat or issuance of permits for site improvements; 139 <br />b. Permits for site improvements shall not be issued without evidence of an approved permit 140 <br />from the watershed district; and 141 <br />c. Final plat approval shall not be issued without approval of a tree preservation plan, 142 <br />accounting for any changes to grading, utility, or storm water plans not yet anticipated, by 143 <br />the Community Development Department. 144 <br />ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS 145 <br />Pass a motion to table the item for future action. Tabling beyond September 25, 2015 may 146 <br />require extension of the 60-day action deadline established in City Code §1102.01E 147 <br />By motion, recommend denial of the request.
