The property appears to be at its <br />highest point at the intersection of C2 and Partridge then slopes west and <br />south. The 2217 property includes a single building with pavement and <br />gravel, and slopes south and slightly west. The vacant parcel on the west <br />side of the property is all gravel and slopes slightly south.
